Returns/Exchanges

At Good Lad Apparel we stand proudly by our product. We are more than happy to accept returns for any ON-LINE purchase made from this web site only, so long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and have the tags still attached. If your return meets these criteria we will credit your account as such:
 

 1.If the return is made within 30 days of receiving your order we will provide a full refund to your credit card
 2.If the return is made past 30 days of receiving your order we will provide a full store credit equal to what you paid for the garment.

 

How to request a Return:

Sign on to your account.  A dashboard will appear with your transactions.  Click view order next to the transaction you would like to return.  Click request RMA, located in the upper right corner. Fill out the form and click submit.  Once the return request is approved you’ll be sent an email with a link to print your return label , which will have a prepaid FedEx tracking label. We will pay for your shipment, all you need to do is drop off or schedule a pick up from Fed Ex. 

Once we have received your return we will refund or exchange your item as requested.

Can I return an individual part of a set?

No, we’re sorry, but to receive a full refund the entire set must be returned.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We will refund your credit card immediately upon receiving the return.
