Returns/Exchanges

At Good Lad Apparel we stand proudly by our product. We are more than happy to accept returns for any ON-LINE purchase made from this web site only, so long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and have the tags still attached. If your return meets these criteria we will credit your account as such:

1.If the return is made within 90 days of receiving your order we will provide a full refund to your credit card
2.If the return is made past 90 days of receiving your order we will provide a full store credit equal to what you paid for the garment.

How to request a Return:

Simple email us at customerservice@goodlad.com with the style(s) you'd like to return and we will send you a return sticker

Do you have to pay for a return/exhange?
No, we pay for shipping

Can I return an individual part of a set?
No, we’re sorry, but to receive a full refund the entire set must be returned.

How long will it take to process my refund?
We will refund your credit card immediately upon receiving the return.
