1. When will my order ship?

   1. Orders are processed each weekday morning  and sent to the warehouses to be filled.

   2. Smaller Orders are typically shipped through FEDEX, 2/ 3 Day Delivery

   3. Orders with Free Shipping are sent by ground

2. How was the shipping rate determined?

   1. Shipping Costs are based on weight and location from the FedEx shipping rates

3. How do I know my order was shipped?

   1. The shipping software we use sends tracking once your shipping label has printed and you will receive an email with the tracking. Often on larger orders there may be multiple tracking’s as we ship from different locations.  We ship from both Philadelphia and LA.
